Responsible for managing and optimizing production processes related to control systems hardware and panel assembly operations. Oversees manufacturing workflow for control panels, automation cabinets, and system integration activities, ensuring production meets design specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Job Description and Responsibilities |
- Plan, manage, and optimize production workflows for control panel fabrication, cabinet assembly, and system integration activities.
- Review hardware engineering documents including panel layouts, schematics, and BOMs to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
- Implement and continuously improve assembly methods, tooling, and production processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and workshop teams to resolve production issues and manage material availability.
- Monitor production progress against schedules and take corrective actions to prevent delays.
- Ensure all manufactured systems meet QA/QC inspection criteria, design specifications, and client requirements before release.
- Supervise testing readiness and FAT preparation activities for all manufactured systems.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Manage non-conformances, NCR issuance, and corrective action implementation in the production area.
- Prepare production reports, yield analysis, and KPI summaries for management review.
Basic Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in control panel manufacturing, automation hardware production, or industrial assembly operations.
- Knowledge of QA/QC standards applicable to control panel fabrication and system integration.
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma qualification is an advantage.
- Experience with FAT preparation, BOM management, and production planning tools.
