Process all inbound materials through Goods Receiving, Inventory management and system within the iCenter in support of the assembly and distribution processes. 

Ensure safe and accurate storage of materials. 

Take full responsibility for the Storge areas.

What will be Material Handler responsibilities?
Process inbound materials in terms of verification, transaction and locating activities.
Locate material within the iCenter Facility using methodologies and shelf life where applicable.
Process of return material from assembly, integrators, and customers.
Use of a E-repps scanner system and related scripts within the iCenter stores area for order picking, internal stock movements and issuing material to projects within assembly.
Manage inventory through effective replenishment and accurate transactions, to maintain a high level of stock accuracy.
Stock transactions within the Oracle business system.
General stock housekeeping duties.
Packing and crating of Customer cabinet orders using agreed packaging standards and the packing interface to the TRAX system
Liaise with crating sub-contractors and carriers as and when required.
The safe loading/Unloading of carriers for outbound/Inbound shipments.
Ensure awareness of aviation security to ensure the ‘known shipper’ status.
Safely use the manual handling equipment (e.g. Pallet trucks, forklifts etc.).
Manage the disposal of waste materials as the per local site policy.

استخدام نظام الماسح الضوئي E-repps والبرامج النصية ذات الصلة داخل منطقة متاجر المركز لانتقاء الطلبات وحركات المخزون الداخلية وإصدار المواد للمشاريع داخل التجميع.
إدارة المخزون من خلال التجديد الفعال والمعاملات الدقيقة، للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من دقة المخزون.
معاملات الأسهم ضمن نظام أعمال أوراكل.
واجبات التدبير المنزلي العامة للمخزون.
تعبئة طلبات خزانة العميل باستخدام معايير التغليف المتفق عليها وواجهة التعبئة لنظام الشحن.
الاتصال بالمقاولين من الباطن وشركات النقل عند الاقتضاء.
التحميل والتفريغ الآمن للناقلات للشحنات الصادرة والواردة.
ضمان الوعي بأمن الطيران لضمان حالة "الشاحن المعروف".
استخدم معدات المناولة اليدوية بأمان (مثل شاحنات البليت والرافعات الشوكية وما إلى ذلك).
إدارة التخلص من مواد النفايات وفقًا لسياسة الموقع المحلي.

تنفيذ والحفاظ على جودة المنتجات وأنظمة الإدارة ومراجعة العمليات وضمان التحسينات المستمرة للجودة.

ماذا ستكون مسؤوليات مهندس الجودة؟
تنفيذ وصيانة ومواصلة تطوير وثائق العملية ونظام إدارة الجودة وشهادة ISO 9001 داخل المركز.
تطوير والحفاظ على عملية التحسين المستمر كجزء من نظام إدارة الجودة.
تنسيق وإدارة وتمثيل المركز لعمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية (ISO، HSE، وعمليات التدقيق الأخرى)، كن جهة الاتصال الموضوعية لجميع الموردين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن لمشكلة المركز.
مسؤول عن جميع أدوات وإجراءات الجودة المطبقة في المركز لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات Emerson والعملاء والمشروع
مسؤول عن عملية الاحتفاظ بالسجلات داخل SYSS، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش أثناء العملية كما هو مطلوب.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش في مكان المورد الفرعي وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.
إجراء الفحص النهائي حسب أمر الشراء والمواصفات الخاص بالعميل.
رفع حالة عدم المطابقة واتباع الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الاستلام والمعالجة والفحص النهائي.
إجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي.
بناء الوعي الداخلي بالجودة بين الموظفين من خلال التدريبات والاتصالات الداخلية.
التنسيق مع مالكي العمليات لتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وفقًا للجدول الزمني المحدد في نظام إدارة الجودة.
التحقق من فعالية تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

Overview Purpose of Quality Engineer:
Implement and maintain Quality of the Products, Management systems, review processes, and ensure continual quality improvements.

What will be Quality Engineer responsibilities?
Implementation, maintenance and further development of the process documentation, Quality Management System, and ISO 9001 certification within iCenter.
Develop and maintain continuous improvement process as part of the QMS.
Co-ordinate, conduct and represent iCenter for internal and external audits (ISO, HSE, other audits), Be the objective contact for all suppliers, customers, and subcontractors of iCenter issue.
Responsible for all Quality tools and procedures implemented in iCenter Ensuring Compliance to Emerson, Customers, and project requirements 
Responsible for Record Retention Process within SYSS Carry out in-process inspections as required.
Carry out inspections at sub-supplier place as per project requirements.
Carry out final Inspection as per the customer PO & specification.
Raise non-conformation and follow corrective action on receiving, process and final inspection.
Conduct Internal Audits.
Building internal Quality awareness amongst employees through trainings & internal communications.
Coordinate with Process owners to implement corrective actions on per timeline defined in the Quality Management System.
Verify effectiveness of implementation of corrective actions.
