Job Summary

The Service Engineer will provide on-site technical services for customer-owned automation, control, and instrumentation systems installed at Saudi Aramco facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation. The role requires strict adherence to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), GI, SAIP, HSE, and site-specific procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Control Services (Aramco Sites)

• Perform installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer automation systems at Saudi Aramco plants and facilities.

• Support DCS, PLC, SIS, and field instrumentation systems in full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and approved project documentation.

• Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities in live operating plants and during shutdowns/turnarounds.

• Conduct loop checking, SAT, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities in accordance with approved Aramco procedures.

• Support system upgrades, migrations, patches, and lifecycle management under Saudi Aramco Management of Change (MOC) requirements.

• Execute all work in strict compliance with:

  • SAES – Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards

  • SAIP – Saudi Aramco Inspection Procedures

  • GI – General Instructions

  • Industrial cybersecurity and control system policies

• Ensure full adherence to PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO, JSA, toolbox talks, and site safety rules.

• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as required by Saudi Aramco.
  
  

Safety, HSE & Site Discipline

• Comply with Saudi Aramco HSE policies, Life-Saving Rules, and operational discipline.

• Attend mandatory HSE inductions, safety meetings, and CBTs.

• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions using approved Saudi Aramco systems.
  
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and submit service reports, daily activity logs, RCA reports, and technical recommendations using Saudi Aramco–approved formats.

• Review and work in accordance with P&IDs, IFC drawings, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and control narratives.

• Support documentation handover, redlining, and closeout requirements.
  
  

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the technical interface between Saudi Aramco, the customer, and the employer’s service/project team.

• Coordinate with Aramco Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection, and HSE departments.

• Support SLA-driven service calls, emergency response, and site support requirements.
  
  

Systems & Technology Exposure

• Distributed Control Systems (DCS)

• PLC & Safety Instrumented Systems (IEC 61511 / IEC 61508)

• Field Instrumentation (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Control, or Automation Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years experience in automation service within oil & gas, petrochemical, or process plants.

• Prior Saudi Aramco site experience is mandatory.

• OEM or customer system certification is an advantage.

• Valid Saudi Aramco ID or ability to obtain one.

Role Overview

As our HR & Admin Officer, you will be the backbone of our operations. In a fast-growing startup environment, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle, oversee office administration, and serve as our primary Government Relations Officer (GRO). You will leverage Odoo ERP to automate workflows and ensure our manpower supply operations remain compliant with Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources & Recruitment

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, particularly for our manpower supply division (sourcing, interviewing, and mobilizing staff).

• Onboarding: Facilitate the transition of new hires, ensuring all documentation is collected and filed.

• Payroll & Benefits: Execute monthly payroll via Odoo & Government portal, ensuring accurate calculations of overtime, deductions, and GOSI contributions.

• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, leave management, and performance tracking.

• Medical Insurance Management: Negotiating annual renewals for the staff and laborers, and the "Addition/Deletion" of members on the portal.
   
• SOP Creation: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and employee exit.
  
  
• Organizational Structure: Develop clear job descriptions, KPIs, and an organizational chart to prepare for future scaling.  
  

2. Government Relations (GRO)

• Portal Management: Expertly navigate and manage Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and other Gov portals.

• Compliance: Handle the issuance and renewal of Iqamas, work permits, and exit-reentry visas.

• Licensing: Maintain and renew Commercial Registrations (CR), Chamber of Commerce memberships, and municipality licenses.

• Labor Law: Ensure the company stays 100% compliant with the latest MHRSD regulations and Nitaqat requirements.

3. Office Administration & Odoo Management

• ERP Maintenance: Daily use of Odoo for HR, Payroll, Vacation plans , official forms and administrative expenses.

• Procurement: Manage office supplies and specialized material orders, coordinating with vendors for timely delivery.

• Documentation: Maintain digital and physical filing systems (contracts, legal docs, and employee records).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in a dual HR/Admin role within Saudi Arabia. Experience in Manpower Supply is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Professional-level proficiency in Odoo ERP (HR and Payroll modules).

• Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Nitaqat.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (essential for GRO duties and government correspondence).

General Job Description
Process all inbound materials through Goods Receiving, Inventory management, and the system within the iCenter in support of the assembly and distribution processes. Ensure the safe and accurate storage of materials and take full responsibility for the storage areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What will be Material Handler Responsibilities?

• Process inbound materials in terms of verification, transaction, and locating activities, ensuring all procedures comply with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
• Locate material within the iCenter Facility using methodologies and shelf life where applicable, following safety and environmental guidelines.
• Process return material from assembly, integrators, and customers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols.
• Use an E-repps scanner system and related scripts within the iCenter stores area for order picking, internal stock movements, and issuing material to projects within assembly, while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage inventory through effective replenishment and accurate transactions to maintain a high level of stock accuracy, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform stock transactions within the Oracle business system, ensuring accurate and safe handling of materials.
