General Job Description
The Production Engineer evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, and soliciting observations from technicians. The employee must ensure that all operations comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, aligning with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining the manufacturing process for cabinets.
- Initiate and develop solutions to problems that affect yield, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Adherence to the assembly schedule and execution of projects as agreed, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Apply Lean methodologies to reduce the cost of manufacturing by eliminating non-value-added operations, while ensuring the processes are environmentally sustainable and safe.
- Conduct industrial engineering activities such as time studies, line layout analysis, and capacity studies.
- Develop and ensure that manufacturing documentation, including cabinet books, is accurate and up to date.
- Provide technical support for technician training, ensuring that all training complies with the organization’s health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Initiate, coordinate, and lead other functional groups on engineering or other issues related to manufacturing operations.
- Apply routine engineering and statistical tools, and other problem-solving methodologies, to resolve manufacturing problems, ensuring the effectiveness of these solutions in terms of quality and safety.
- Provide reports to management on the performance of production operations, with a focus on compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop new processes and optimize existing processes to improve productivity, reduce cost, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the flow of materials and products through manufacturing processes, regularly reviewing key process indicators for potential improvements related to quality, safety, and environmental impact.
- Have a thorough understanding of international workmanship standards for mechanical assembly and wiring, and be able to train wiring and assembly technicians when required.
- Develop close working relationships with integrator partners to ensure collaborative, safe, and quality-focused work.
Other Duties:
Quality Control & Assurance:
Implementation of Dammam iCenter’s IMS processes/documentation as and when required throughout the project, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant safety/environmental standards.Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business, typically strategic in nature, but could be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake. These duties may be assigned to the person under the guidance of a supervisor.

Job Summary
The Service Engineer will provide on-site technical services for customer-owned automation, control, and instrumentation systems installed at Saudi Aramco facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation. Key Responsibilities
Automation & Control Services (Aramco Sites)

Perform installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer automation systems at Saudi Aramco plants and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources & Recruitment
