We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Optimal Solution. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the end-to-end logistics operations for the company — from handling shipping documentation and coordinating with vendors to tracking deliveries and maintaining inventory records. You will be responsible for ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer and company requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in logistics processes, and capable of working closely with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and finance to support seamless material movement. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations

Ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of products.

Prepare and manage documentation for shipments (Delivery Notes, Material Receiving Reports).
- Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Track and report key logistics metrics (e.g., delays, shortages).
- Support customs clearance and compliance documentation if required
- Maintain stock reports and update inventory movements.
- Handle logistics for both local and international materials.

Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments.
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Strong knowledge of logistics processes and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
