Optimal is proud to announce the remarkable achievement of the second group of our Graduate Development Program (GDP02). Despite being early in their professional journeys, the four participants demonstrated outstanding analytical and presentation skills during a recent engagement with Emerson’s operations management team.
The participants—Ahmed Alsulais, Ahmed Al matrood, Abdullah Altaleb, and Hassan, almatrood—delivered a comprehensive presentation covering Emerson’s manufacturing procedures. Each participant took ownership of a specific stage in the process, showcasing not only their understanding but also their ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
What makes this achievement even more impressive is that the participants were able to grasp Emerson’s intricate manufacturing processes after just a single visit to the facility. Additionally, they demonstrated a strong understanding of Aramco’s standards (SAMSS) and related operational procedures, further showcasing their preparedness for working within highly regulated environments.
Emerson’s Operations Manager, Hafedh Alyousef praised their efforts, stating:
“They showed excellent understanding. We look forward to see their positive impact in the workplace.”
At Optimal, we remain committed to empowering young professionals through intensive development programs, preparing them to contribute effectively and confidently in the modern workforce.
